Dr. Dinesh founded Smileista Dental Care on a simple belief: no patient should be rushed, upsold or left guessing. He completed his fellowship in implantology at the Saveetha Academy of Implant Dentistry and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (USA), and he personally plans and performs every implant and full-mouth rehabilitation case at the clinic.

His approach balances surgical precision with the restorative work that follows — implantology, to him, is not only about placing implants but about restoring function, confidence and quality of life. Every first visit begins with a conversation and a clear plan rather than a quotation.
